I just want to say a massive thank you for writing your survival guide. Six years after being diagnosed I finally see the many challenges I’ve faced actually expressed in a way I can relate to. For the first time I feel I have the validation to say ‘I am autistic’, rather than just ‘I have a diagnosis’.
Hi Steph I saw your book review in Therapy Today, read a preview and knew I needed a copy in my hand!
It has arrived today and I’m already on pg72! 😁 As a counsellor myself and somebody who has recently recognised themselves as autistic, this book makes perfect sense to me, it helps me to join the dots with clarity and real light bulb moments! Thank you so much, I’m so looking forward to reading the rest of your book.
The survival guide has opened my eyes to autism world. I reside in Atlanta, GA and my name is Carol. I was born autistic, however, I first realized in May 2023 that I am autistic. That was a shocker because I never thought I had any disabilities.

Hello Steph,
The survival guide has opened my eyes to autism world. I reside in Atlanta, GA and my name is Carol. I was born autistic, however, I first realized in May 2023 that I am autistic. That was a shocker because I never thought I had any disabilities.
Thanks, and God bless you,
~ Carol
