1:1 Sessions

Consultancy

With decades of clinical, academic, professional, leadership, advocacy and lived experience, I am able to work with your situation from a unique perspective – drawing on everything I know to help you find solutions that actually work. My approach combines psychological theory, coaching, research, and psychoeducation into a single collaborative framework – giving us more tools in the box to work with.

Being neurodivergent means we experience the world differently – and that is exactly why so many one-size-fits-all approaches fail us. It was never you. It was the approach itself.

This work is for neurodivergent people who are, on paper, doing well – and privately running on empty.

Whether you’re navigating burnout, imposter syndrome, a major life or career transition, questions of identity and unmasking, or the particular challenges of a gifted, deep-thinking mind at senior level, the goal is the same: to stop trying to keep up with ways of being that were never yours to begin with, and to build a personal and professional life that fits.

Working together: 1:1 consultation sessions

I offer one-to-one consultation sessions – a dedicated safe space to have a focused, confidential, solution-orientated conversation with a qualified neurodivergent professional who truly gets it.

We take whatever you bring – a specific challenge, a decision, a stuck point, or simply something you need to talk through – and work through it together in the time we have.

A session lasts for 50 minutes and is held online at a time that suits you. Unlike therapy, which requires weekly attendance and ongoing commitment, 1:1 sessions are entirely flexible – simply book an appointment when you want one.

I love how I get to choose when I want a session, and see Steph as my emotional support team on demand! I know she’s always there if I need help, but there’s no pressure to attend regularly, unless I want to. ~ Abi (36), Berkshire
