Consultancy

Unlike traditional therapy, consultancy weaves together emotional support with practical guidance, coaching, education, and collaborative problem-solving. Not everyone arrives with a clearly defined goal – often, people simply need a thoughtful, spacious place to talk, reflect, and explore the deeper meanings behind their experiences.

Steph works with individuals, couples, families, organisations, and professionals who want to move through life with greater ease, self-awareness, and authenticity.

Frequency

Steph offers two types of appointments – regular weekly sessions and more flexible, as-needed sessions – depending on the level of support you’re looking for and the time you have available. All sessions are held online via Google Meet and are payable on the day through PayPal, with bank transfer details available upon request.


Regular weekly sessions

These 60-minute appointments happen at the same time each week. Once you’ve agreed on a slot, it’s yours for as long as you need – giving you a consistent space without having to rebook. If you’re thinking about regular weekly sessions, Steph offers a free 20-minute introductory video chat – a simple chance to meet, discuss what you need, and see if regular sessions feel like the right fit. Each session costs £100.


Flexible sessions

These 60-minute appointments give you the freedom to check in whenever it feels right. No weekly commitment – just book a session when you want, whether to tackle a specific challenge, gain clear insight, or reset your focus. Each one-off session costs £150 and provides personalised, focused support with practical next steps that make a real difference.
